Exchanges & Return Returns

We welcome returns on all orders from the United Kingdom with the exception of swimwear and bodysuits. Simply contact us with your name, email address, order number, what you would like to return, and your reason for returning it for our records. As we offer complimentary shipping, you will need to pay for shipping for your return.

Returns

​

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, labels etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

 

CARTHAGE LONDON reserves the right to refuse a return should it not meet criteria, and the original item will be returned to you.  All returns should be made within 14 days.  Please otherwise contact us if you are outside the UK. Exchanges

Post-Brexit, customs duty and fees are chargeable on all orders from our site. The charge for customs varies from country to country. Please note that our shipping rate may seem a little high because we want to ensure our customers do not have to pay any duties or fees once their garment arrives.
